Read trusted reviews from application customers

I'm also a subscriber and can't login to my account, which means I can't read whole articles. This also means non subscribers can't read them either, so what's the point of having an app?

Nancy Russell

Doesn't work with digital subscription. Have to use your browser

Kevin Eason

S21+ on 5G and WiFi, same problem as stated below. Only login option is "Restore subscription", opens window that says "Unable to restore subscription". Never prompted to enter login information.

Patrick Moran

I'm a subscriber and intended to use the app to access content. My only login option was "restore subscription," which failed every time. I'll continue using the desktop site and recommend that other subscribers do the same.

Stephanie Lenz

I bought a subscription but have no way to log into it on the app, and therefore no way to access the articles that I have paid to access. When I try to hit "renew subscription", the app has an error and crashes. I would love for this app to function as it would be the main way I access articles. Please fix.

Doesn't work at all. Won't let me sign in as a digital subscriber. Crashes again and again.

Adreana Langston

While the nice folks at RS Customer Service tell me the login is right there on the upper right, sadly, it's not - not on my brand new phone, not on my old phone. Searching for the login so you may read entire stories which you are entitled to is a frustrating circles of never-ending failures. This app needs to be fixed. For now, I'll be accessing my digital subscription when on my phone via my Chrome App. THAT works. THIS doesn't. C'Mon RS. Get with it.

Failed app... I subscribed on October 28, 2021 and my credit card was charged $39.99 for a 1 year subscription, but haven't been able to log-in to my account since the first day! Doesn't even have a log-in option... you can only "Restore Subcription" which doesn't work. Magazine is good, but the app is a failure... beware!
